EQUIPMENT & MAT CLASSES

Equipment classes are limited to 5 clients in a class, while mat classes have no more than 12 clients. Expect personal feedback on alignment and form, while finding flow through beginner, intermediate or advanced level workouts.

This well-known piece of Pilates equipment challenges stability in the core with the in and out movement of the Reformer bed. The Reformer flow is a full-body workout that increases mobility in the hips, shoulders and spine, while also improving your ability to release chronic tension.

The Tower provides grounded support for the body, while improving strength and flexibility. A variety of springs, bars and positional possibilities test your body in every possible range of motion.

The Wunda Chair challenges the core with an eye towards balance and organized alignment in the body. Employing a variety of unilateral and bilateral movements, the chair translates core stability exercises to standing postural support.

CoreAlign

A contemporary Pilates piece, the CoreAlign focuses on gait, balance and overall postural support. Feel how Pilates directly connects to standing, walking, running, hiking or skiing - as you learn to support your movement from the ground up.

Pilates Mat is a versatile and portable workout for your core strength and spinal mobility. Explore fundamental movement patterns, improve your proprioceptive awareness and discover how breath can support your core.

Mixed Equipment

The Pilates Method was designed as a comprehensive exercise program employing all the different equipment and mat work, Mixed equipment classes incorporate one or more pieces of equipment in each class, and from week to week, alternate equipment. Challenge your versatility as a mover!

Prepare for Success

If you're brand new to Pilates, we recommend 3 private sessions before attending classes in order to learn the equipment and philosophy behind the exercises.
