Step 1: Purchase a Fitness Consulting Plan. Choose between three, six, or twelve-month commitments.
Step 2: Complete the Fitness Consulting Intake Form. This detailed questionnaire will give Scott Anderson essential information to facilitate a discussion at your first meeting and to design a program tailored to your needs.
