Maggie Polzin received her Pilates Certificate though the Dance Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She first came to SPRING as administrative support and began teaching at the studio a few months later in 2022.
Growing up as a dancer, movement was always at the forefront of Maggie's life. After hearing about the many benefits of Pilates, she began practicing as a way to explore movement outside of dance. Pilates quickly became an integral part of Maggie's everyday life, as it allowed her to cultivate her passion for investigating movement and gain confidence within herself by deepening her mind-body connection.
As a Pilates instructor, Maggie guides students in deepening their connection with their own bodies. She believes that Pilates is about discovering beauty from within and finding healthy movement patterns to assist in everyday motion. Through teaching, Maggie aims to prepare her clients for success both physically and mentally by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
