Aging comes with a host of joys and challenges. Life experience brings wisdom, but can be accompanied by physical and mental decline. You've likely watched older relatives lose their ability to do favorite activities, sometimes even to the point of losing their independence. So, what does it mean to support optimal aging?
When it comes to aging, reducing inflammation is the name of the game. Systemic inflammation is associated with many of the negative outcomes of aging, and reducing inflammation can lead to greater wellbeing. Through strategically combining cardio, meditation, Pilates, a whole-foods/plant-based diet, and other factors, you can immediately feel better by reducing inflammation.
