Class Registration FAQs

Non-members

How often do I need to register?

We do registrations for each term. There are three terms within the caleandar year, winter, sring, and summer. Our term dates follow these holiday dates:

Where can I find the schedule for the new term?

Our new schedule is printed on postcards at SPRING or at the bottom of the class registration email with the upcoming term

Will I be guaranteed a spot in my preferred classes?

We cannot guarantee a space in class for anyone, members or non-members. Our registration process is first come, first served.

If my class is full, can I register for a different class?

It is recommend that when submitting classes via email, phone, or in - person for registration, that you give us at least one or two “back - up” options. Some popular classes fill up early and sending in your second and third options gives you the best chance to get classes that fit into your schedule.

Do I have to let you know of any classes I cannot attend?

While it is not required to know what days you cannot attend your regularly scheduled class, it its helpful for communication to other clients that a spot is available in classes.

I'm interested in taking an Intermediate - Advanced class. Who should I talk to in order to find out if I am ready?

Preferably the instructor of the class you are hoping to take. They can give you the best insight to the curriculum they intent on teaching in the class. Otherwise, speak with your current instructor to understand what the best steps would be!

Members

How do I register?

You can sign up online via the app, our website, or MindBody or via email, call, or in-person. The time of your request is noted as registration is first come, first served.

If I pause my membership, can I still use member registration in the future?

If a membership is paused, you will remain of the mailing list to register for classes for the next term during member registration. If the membership is cancelled during your time away, you will be able to register during open registration. In order to pause a membership we will need confirmation of a return date.

When do I need to purchase a membership for member registration?

A membership can be pre-dated for purchase by contacting our desk staff. If the membership start date is set for the first week of the next term, you are considered a member and can start registering for classes during member registration.
