Ann began her Pilates practice in 2024 through the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was classically trained in the Pilates repertoire. She was initially drawn to Pilates as a fun, new form of movement and a potential path to somatic therapy. She received her Pilates teacher certification in 2025 while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. As an aspiring mental health therapist, she is inspired by the deep mind-body connection she discovered through Pilates and hopes to integrate the Pilates Method into her future work.
Ann centers her teaching around helping clients build a strong mind-body connection. She fosters a welcoming, inclusive environment where mistakes, curiosity, and challenge are embraced. She delivers detail-oriented instruction through a compassionate and constructive manner. She strives to build clients' confidence and wellbeing by challenging mental and physical barriers with a focus on functionality, mobility, and strength.
Ann enjoys working with clients of all backgrounds and goals, whether they are managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to move!
