
Trinity completed her Pilates teacher certification through the Pilates Certificate Program at UW-Madison while earning degrees in dance and nutrition. She began practicing Pilates with the goal of building balanced strength, increasing mobility, and preventing injuries as part of her dance training. She quickly fell in love with Pilates after experiencing its positive impact on people's lives.
Her teaching approach combines classical Pilates exercises with contemporary ideas, guiding clients to engage with Pilates in ways that meet their individual movement needs and goals. With her background in dance and as an aspiring registered dietitian, Trinity focuses on functional movement that supports overall health and well-being. Her teaching style is gentle, emphasizing mindfulness and specificity in movement - and always offering opportunities for progression and challenge.
